Our client required additional accommodation and wanted to improve and enhance the flow of their property by linking an existing Family Kitchen/Diner/Day Room with a new Lounge.

A contemporary external appearance was requested that allowed an existing external patio and entertaining space to fully integrate with the new floor plan.

A new flat-roofed extension was designed that incorporated a fully glazed sliding screen and extended soffit overhang to provide an improved space offering full connectivity between internal and external family living.
