Residential Redevelopment Project

The concept for this project was to redevelop the entire site to provide new residential units. The existing old, dilapidated building was demolished, and the site cleared ready for a mixed redevelopment of three new flats and three new dwellings.

Although the site was subjected to close control by the Development & Planning Authority the client persevered to complete the scheme.
