Having relocated during Lockdown to the Dining Room it was necessary to improve this situation and it seemed the ideal opportunity to enhance the property and at the same time build a Garden Office.

Having contacted Warwick Buildings it soon became apparent that modifying one of the company’s standard design packages into a bespoke office was achievable and with their assistance, even during the early days of the Covid pandemic, very straightforward.

An existing beam and block deck was slightly modified and increased in size to carry a new structural timber floor. The all-inclusive insulated flat pack kit was delivered and erected by a local contractor. Pre-installed electrics were modified and the whole cedar-clad structure including laminate flooring & fenestration was completed by two men in two weeks.
