Grow Redevelopment

In 2019 PVA Ltd were offered the opportunity to become involved in the exciting redevelopment of the Grow Headquarters at Les Petits Quartiers, their home site of 37 years.

The brief, to advance the approved scheme through the building control process to the completed project.

The whole site apart from ¾ of Glasshouse 4, the landmark Water Tower & the Memorial Well was demolished, redeveloped, and handed over to the charity in 24 months.

On an extremely wet site and during some testing times for the building trade BW Builders with the assistance of their sub-contractors delivered.

This unique Charity now has a new home that will allow Grow to continue first class training and mentoring for people with learning disabilities for several decades to come.
