Our client required additional accommodation and wanted to enhance their property’s external appearance. A new glazed gable entrance atrium was introduced and mirrored with the inclusion of a new master bedroom suite located above an existing garage structure.

Combined with a new sun lounge, replacement fenestration and external insulated cladding the dwelling was extended and transformed to meet our client’s expectations.
